1范圍
本文件確立了自然科學與技術領域科技成果評估的原則,規定了評估內容,并描述了評估方法及
流程。
本文件適用于自然科學與技術領域的基礎研究類、應用研究類、技術開發和產業化類科技成果的評
估活動,其他類型的科技成果評估可參考使用。
