488引用標準名錄 49 11.0.1為統一使用回彈儀檢測蘭州新區泵送混凝土抗壓強度(以下簡稱混凝土強度)的方法,保證檢測精度,制定本規程。1.0.2本規程適用于蘭州新區工程結構中泵送混凝土抗壓強度的檢測。當對結構的混凝土強度有檢測要求時,可按本規程進行檢測,檢測結果可作為處理混凝土質量問題的依據。本規程不適用于非泵送混凝土強度的檢測,也不適用于表層與內部質量有明顯差異或內部存在缺陷的混凝土強度的檢測。1.0.3使用回彈法進行工程檢測的人員,應通過主管部門認可的專業培訓,并應持有相應的資格證書。1.0.4回彈法檢測混凝土抗壓強度,除應遵守本規程外,尚應符合國家現行有關標準的規定。22.1.1泵送混凝土pumpedconcrete按《普通混凝土配合比設計規程》JGJ55中泵送混凝土配合比設計要求制作的可在施工現場通過壓力泵及輸送管道進行澆筑的混凝土。2.1.2測區testarea檢測構件混凝土抗壓強度時的一個檢測單元。2.1.3測點testpoint測區內的一個回彈檢測點。2.1.4測區泵送混凝土強度換算值conversionvalueofpunpedconcretecompressivestrengthoftestarea由測區的平均回彈值和碳化深度值通過測強曲線或測區強度換算表得到的該測區現齡期泵送混凝土強度值。2.1.5現齡期泵送混凝土強度推定值estimationvalueofstrengthforpumpedconcrete根據測區泵送混凝土抗壓強度換算值推定的構件中現齡期混凝土強度值,相應于強度換算值總體分布中保證率不低于95%的構件中的混凝土強度值。R——測區第i個測點的回彈值;R——測區或試塊的平均回彈值;3R——非水平方向檢測時,測區的平均回彈值;R。——非水平方向檢測時,回彈值修正值;d.——測區的平均碳化深度值;f,——第i個測區泵送混凝土強度換算值;m——測區泵送混凝土強度換算值的平均值;f,m——構件測區泵送混凝土強度換算值的最小值;S——構件測區泵送混凝土強度換算值的標準差;f,e——構件現齡期泵送混凝土強度推定值;△——測區泵送混凝土強度修正量;f——芯樣試件混凝土強度平均值;fn,——同條件立方體試塊混凝土強度平均值;f——第i個混凝土芯樣試件的抗壓強度;c,——對應于鉆芯部位或同條件立方體試塊回彈測區混凝土強度換算值的平均值;fu;——第i個混凝土立方體試塊的抗壓強度;Ja,o——修正前第i個測區的混凝土強度換算值;f——修正后第i個測區的混凝土強度換算值。43.1.1測定回彈值的儀器,應具有制造廠的產品合格證及法定計量檢定單位的檢定證書,并應在回彈儀的明顯位置上具有下列標3.1.2回彈儀除應符合現行國家標準《回彈儀》GB/T9138的要求外,尚應符合下列標準狀態的要求:1水平彈擊時,彈擊錘脫鉤的瞬間,回彈儀彈擊錘的標稱能量應為2.207J(中型混凝土回彈儀)或5.5J(重型混凝土回彈儀);2彈擊錘與彈擊桿碰撞的瞬間,彈擊拉簧應處于自由狀態,此時彈擊錘起跳點應位于指針指示刻度尺上“0”處;3在洛氏硬度HRC為60±2的鋼砧上,2.207J回彈儀的率定值應為80±2,5.5J回彈儀的率定值應為83±2;4數字式回彈儀應帶有指針直讀示值系統;數字顯示的回彈值與指針直讀示值相差不應超過1。3.1.3回彈儀使用時的環境溫度應為(-4~40)℃。3.2.1回彈儀檢定周期為半年,當回彈儀具有下列情況之一時,應送檢定單位進行檢定:1新回彈儀啟用前;2超過檢定有效期限;32.207J回彈儀累計彈擊次數超過6000次,5.5J回彈儀累計5彈擊次數超過5000次;4經常規保養后鋼砧率定值不合格;5遭受嚴重撞擊或其他損害;3.2.2回彈儀應由有法定計量資格的檢定單位按照現行行業標3.2.3回彈儀率定試驗宜在干燥、室溫為(5~35)℃的條件下進行。率定時,鋼砧應穩固地平放在剛度大的物體上。測定回彈值時,取連續向下彈擊三次的穩定回彈平均值。彈擊桿應分四次旋轉,每次旋轉宜為90°。2.207J回彈儀彈擊桿每旋轉一次的率定平均值應為80±2,5.5J回彈儀彈擊桿每旋轉一次的率定平均值應為83±2。3.2.4回彈儀率定試驗所用的鋼砧應每兩年送檢定單位進行檢定或校準。3.3維護保養12.207J回彈儀彈擊次數超過2000次,5.5J回彈儀彈擊次數超過1000次;2在鋼砧上的率定值不合格;3對檢測值存在懷疑。3.3.2回彈儀的保養應符合下列步驟:1將彈擊錘脫鉤后取出機芯,然后卸下彈擊桿,取出里面的2清潔機芯各零部件,重點清理中心導桿、彈擊錘和彈擊桿的內孔和沖擊面,清理后應在中心導桿上薄薄涂抹鐘表油,其他零部件均不得涂油;3清理機殼內壁,卸下刻度尺,檢查指針,2.207J回彈儀摩擦6力應為(0.5~0.8)N;5.5J回彈儀摩擦力應為(0.5~0.7)N;4保養時,不得旋轉尾蓋上已定位緊固的調零螺絲,不得自制或更換零部件;5對于數字式回彈儀,還應按產品要求的維護程序進行維護;6保養后應按本規程第3.2.3條的要求進行率定試驗。3.3.3回彈儀使用完畢后應使彈擊桿伸出機殼,清除彈擊桿、桿前端球面以及刻度尺表面和外殼上的污垢、塵土?;貜梼x不使用時,應將彈擊桿壓入儀器內,經彈擊后方可按下按鈕鎖住機芯,然后將回彈儀裝入儀器箱。儀器箱應平放在干燥陰涼處。數字式回彈儀長期不使用時,應取出電池。74檢測技術4.1.1采用回彈法檢測混凝土強度時,宜具有下列資料:1工程名稱及委托單位和相關各責任單位的名稱;2構件名稱、數量及混凝土類型、強度等級;3水泥品種、外加劑和摻合料品種、摻量,混凝土配合比等;4施工模板、混凝土澆筑、養護情況及澆筑日期等;5必要的設計圖紙和施工記錄;6檢測原因。4.1.2回彈儀的選擇應符合下列規定:1當混凝土設計強度等級小于C50時,采用2.207J回彈儀;2當混凝土設計強度等級大于等于C50時,采用5.5J回彈儀。4.1.3回彈儀在檢測前后,均應在鋼砧上做率定試驗,并應符合本規程第3.1.2條的規定。4.1.4混凝土強度可按單個構件或批量兩種方式進行檢測,并應符合下列規定:1單個構件的檢測應符合本規程第4.1.5條的規定;2對混凝土生產工藝、強度等級相同、原材料、配合比、養護條件基本一致且齡期相近的一批同類構件的檢測應采用批量檢測。按批量進行檢測時,應隨機抽取構件,抽檢數量不宜少于同批30個時,抽樣構件數量可適當調整,并不得少于國家現行有關標準規定的最少抽樣數量。84.1.5單個構件的檢測應符合下列規定:1每一構件測區數不宜少于10個,當受檢構件數量大于30個且不需要提供單個構件推定強度或受檢構件某一方向尺寸不大于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m時,每個構件的測區數量可適2相鄰兩測區的間距應控制在2m以內,測區離構件端部或施工縫邊緣的距離不宜大于0.5m,且不宜小于0.2m;3測區宜選在使回彈儀處于水平方向的混凝土澆筑側面。當不能滿足這一要求時,也可選在使回彈儀處于非水平方向的混凝土澆筑側面或澆筑底面;4測區宜布置在構件的兩個對稱的可測面上,當不能布置在對稱的可測面上時,也可布置在同一可測面上,且應均勻分布。在構件的重要部位及薄弱部位必須布置測區,并應避開預埋件;5測區的面積不宜大于0.04m2;6檢測面應為混凝土原漿面,并應清潔、平整,不應有疏松和雜物,但不能打磨露出石子面,且不應有殘留的粉末或碎屑;7對彈擊時產生顫動的薄壁、小型構件應進行固定。4.1.6構件的測區應標有清晰的編號,必要時應在記錄紙上繪制測區布置示意圖和描述外觀質量情況。4.1.7當檢測條件與本規程測區曲線的適應條件有較大差異時,可采用在構件上鉆取混凝土芯樣或同條件試塊對測區泵送混凝土強度換算值進行修正。對同一強度等級混凝土修正時,芯樣數量不應少于6個,公稱直徑宜為100mm,高徑比應為1。芯樣應在測區內鉆取,每個芯樣應僅加工一個試件。當采用同條件養護試塊修正時,試塊數量不應少于6個,試塊邊長應為150mm。計算時,測區泵送混凝土強度修正量及測區泵送混凝土強度換算值的修正應符合下列規定:91修正量應按下列公式計算:式中:△——測區混凝土強度修正值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;f——芯樣試件混凝土強度平均值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;fm——150mm同條件立方體試塊混凝土強度平均值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;fam———對應于鉆芯部位或同條件立方體試塊回彈測區混凝土強度換算值的平均值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;f——第i個混凝土芯樣試件的抗壓強度;fo——第i個混凝土立方體試件的抗壓強度;f——對應于第i個混凝土芯樣部位或同條件立方體試塊測區回彈值和碳化深度值的泵送混凝土強度換算值,可按本規程附錄A或附錄B取值;n——芯樣或試塊的數量。2測區混凝土強度換算值的修正應按下式計算:式中:fc,o——第i個測區修正前的混凝土強度換算值(MPa),精f,——第i個測區修正后的混凝土強度換算值(MPa),精4.2回彈值測量4.2.1檢測時,回彈儀的軸線應始終垂直于構件的混凝土檢測4.2.2測點宜在測區范圍內均勻分布,相鄰兩測點的凈距不宜小于20mm;測點距外露鋼筋、預埋件的距離不宜小于30mm。測點不應在氣孔或外露石子上,同一測點只應彈擊一次。每個測區應記取16個回彈值,每個測點的回彈值讀數應精確至1。4.3碳化深度值測量4.3.1回彈值測量完畢后,應在有代表性的測區上測量碳化深度值,測點數量不應少于構件測區數的30%,取其平均值作為該構件每個測區的碳化深度值。當碳化深度值極差大于2.0mm時,應在每個測區分別測量碳化深度值,并按每個測區碳化深度值查取相對應的測區強度換算值。4.3.2碳化深度值測量應符合下列規定:1可采用適當的工具在測區表面鑿一孔洞,其直徑約為15mm,深度應大于混凝土的碳化深度;2孔洞中的粉末和碎屑應除凈,且不得用水擦洗;3應采用濃度為1%~2%的酚酞酒精溶液滴在孔洞內壁的邊緣處,當已碳化與未碳化界限清晰時,用碳化深度測量工具測量已碳化與未碳化混凝土交界面到混凝土表面的垂直距離,測量不應少于3次,每次讀數應精確至0.25mm;4應取三次測量的平均值作為檢測結果,并應精確至0.5mm。4.3.3碳化深度測量時,當碳化深度值不大于6.0mm時,精確至0.5mm;當碳化深度值大于6.0mm時,取6.0mm作為該測區或該構件碳化深度值。5回彈值計算5.0.1計算測區平均回彈值時,應從該測區的16個回彈值中剔除3個最大值和3個最小值,其余的10個回彈值按下式計算:式中:R——測區或試塊平均回彈值,精確至0.1;R1——測區第i個測點的回彈值。5.0.2非水平方向檢測混凝土澆筑側面時,測區的平均回彈值應按下式修正:R=R_+R(5.0.2)式中:R——非水平方向檢測時測區的平均回彈值,精確至0.1;R——非水平方向檢測時回彈值修正值,應按本規程附錄E取值。5.0.3當檢測時回彈儀為非水平方向且測試面為混凝土的澆筑底面時,應先按本規程附錄E對回彈值進行角度修正,再按本規程附錄C取值。6混凝土強度推定6.0.1本規程規定的強度換算方法適用于符合下列條件的泵送合現行國家有關標準;3采用普通成型工藝;4自然養護,且泵送混凝土表面為干燥狀態;5齡期為14d~1000d;6泵送混凝土抗壓強度為10.1MPa~85.0MPa。6.0.2當符合6.0.1條且采用標稱能量為2.207J回彈儀,可按本規程附錄A取值。6.0.3當符合6.0.1條且采用標稱能量為5.5J回彈儀,可按本規程附錄B取值。6.0.4當符合6.0.1條且采用標稱能量為2.207J回彈儀,混凝土齡期為3d~13d時,可按本規程附錄D取值。6.0.5當有下列情況之一時,測區泵送混凝土強度值不得按本規程附錄A~附錄D查?。?特種成型工藝制作的混凝土;2檢測部位曲率半徑小于250mm;3潮濕或浸水混凝土;4粗骨料為非碎石的泵送混凝土;5表面受到腐蝕介質侵蝕的混凝土。6.0.6當構件的測區數不少于10個時,各測區混凝土強度換算值的平均值及標準差應按下列公式計算:式中:m——測區泵送混凝土強度換算值的平均值
