前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T18482—2010《可逆式抽水蓄能機組啟動試運行規程》,與GB/T18482—2010

相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

——更改了標準的適用范圍,將可逆式抽水蓄能機組更改為可逆式抽水蓄能定速機組(見第1章,

2010年版的第1章);

——更改了術語和定義(見第3章,2010年版的第3章);

——將“總則”更改為“總體要求”,明確了啟動試運行的工作程序(見第4章,2010年版的

第4章);

——將“設備分部調試及啟動試運行前的檢查”更改為“啟動前準備”,刪除了設備分部調試的內

容,增加了啟動前應完成的工作和文件資料準備(見5.1、5.2,2010年版的6.1);

——增加了檢查調速系統壓力油罐事故低油壓和事故低油位、導葉接力器全開行程和關閉時間及

機械過速動作和失電關閉導葉功能等要求(見5.3.3);

——增加了檢查主進水閥壓力油罐事故低油壓和事故低油位、水壓控制裝置、工作密封與活門閉

鎖功能及機械過速動作和失電關閉主進水閥功能等的要求(見5.3.4);

——增加了檢查靜態充氣壓水和回水排氣試驗的要求(見5.3.5.8);

——增加了檢查高壓油頂起裝置交、直流泵切換功能及機械制動投入和退出故障模擬的要求

(見5.3.6);

——增加了檢查靜止變頻器(SFC)小電流試驗要求(見5.3.8);

——增加了檢查電氣一次、電氣二次系統設備與其他機組隔離措施的要求(見5.3.9、5.3.10);

——增加了檢查發電電動機氣體滅火系統的要求(見5.3.11);

——更改了自用電切換試驗的要求(見6.1.2,2010年版的15.5);

——增加了測量機組噪聲的要求(見6.1.6);

——增加了檢查機組出口開關、滅磁開關聯動和拖動機組出口斷路器在機組低頻時應延時分閘動

作等要求(見6.2.2);

——增加了各工況軸承熱穩定試驗要求(見6.3.5、6.4.3、6.5.2、6.6.4、6.7.5);

——更改了抽水調相工況停機試驗要求(見6.3.7,2010年版的10.7);

——增加了水泵斷電、甩負荷試驗前驗證導葉接力器關閉時間和進行過渡過程計算等要求(見

6.4.3、6.6.3);

——增加了一管雙機切泵試驗(見6.4.3.10);

——增加了檢查各轉速開關量信號動作正常的要求(見6.5.2);

——更改了機組過速試驗的要求(見6.5.3,2010年版的12.5);

——更改了空載工況下轉速擺動相對值的要求(見6.5.4,2010年版的12.3.5);

——更改了發電電動機單相接地保護試驗的要求,增加了注入式定子接地保護試驗(見6.5.7,

2010年版的12.8.3);

——更改了投入勵磁后機端電壓的穩定性和超調量要求(見6.5.8,2010年版的12.9.4);

——更改了帶主變短路升流要求(見6.5.9,2010年版的12.10.1.5);

——增加了發電工況一管雙機甩負荷試驗(見6.6.3.4);

——增加了涉網試驗(見6.9);

——刪除了變頻器冷卻系統試驗、變頻器功率部分和控制部分的檢查試驗(見2010年版的

9.1.2.1、9.1.2.2);

——刪除了從零流量工況至抽水工況過渡過程的檢查和試驗(見2010年版的11.2);

——增加了尾水系統充水試驗(見附錄C);

——更改了電站受電的要求(見附錄D,2010年版的第7章);

——將“機組啟動方式選擇”更改為“機組首次啟動方式選擇”,并調整為資料性附錄(見附錄E,

2010年版的第5章);

——更改了機組振動和主軸擺度的要求(見附錄F,2010年版的9.1.3.9)。
